Fractional Ownership is a middle ground solution to second home ownership. Fractional Ownership consists of owning an “Undivided fractional fee-simple interest” in a specific property. In simple terms, you are buying your vacation home in partnership with other owners who share the cost with you.

Fractional Ownership is similar to any other real estate purchase, except that you are only purchasing a fraction of the property instead of the whole property.

1. What size fractions are available?
We offer as small as 1/12 (roughly 1 month) up to 1/4 (roughly 3 months).

2. How long out must I reserve my stay?
You can reserve up to 24 hours in advance or as far out as 16 months.

3. As an owner, can I rent out my portion of the time?
Yes, you have all the rights and abilitites of an owner. You can use your time as you like.

4. What kind of monthly fees do I have to pay and what do they include?
The monthly fees cover EVERYTHING. They pay for utilities, management, insurance, tax, maintenance. Prices are: $139 for a 1 br, $155 for a 2 br, $166 for a 3br.
